Christ University in Bangalore is one of the top universities in India offering varied courses in different fields. Christ University’s School of Law offers undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in law. Students from all over the country aim to get admission to Christ University and intend to pursue Legal studies. As there is stiff competition, therefore, it is necessary that students start preparation for Law entrance test so as to clear the CULEE Entrance Exam.

The university conducts Christ University Law Entrance Examination (CULEE) for the admissions to a five-year undergraduate law degree. The examination is conducted in two sessions after which a list of selected students is released in April and May respectively.

The examination is the basis for admissions to undergraduate law courses like BA LLB and BBA LLB. The university conducts an entrance first. The students who clear the entrance exam move forward to the next round.
The next round consists of Skill Assessment, Micro Presentation, and Personal Interview. Therefore, if you look forward to studying at Christ University, you must clear the entrance and other rounds.

Eligibility

  • The candidates should ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria listed below to apply for CULEE 

BA LLB and BBA LLB Programme

  • The age of the candidates should be more than 20 years as on 1st July 2023.

  • The candidate should have passed class 12th exam in any stream with at least 45% marks from a recognized board.

  • Those candidates who will appear for the class 12 exam in the year 2023 can also apply.

For candidates pursuing International curriculum must note that eligibility is as per AIU stipulations:

    • Applicants pursuing IB curriculum must have 3 HL and 3 SL with 24 credits.

    • Applicants pursuing GCE / Edexcel must have a minimum of 3 A levels, not less than C.

LLM Programme

  • To get admission in LLM programme, the candidate should have passed a 3-year or 5-year LLB course with at least 50% marks from a recognized university in India or abroad.

  • Candidates who are going to appear for the final year exam in the year 2023 can also apply. However, such candidates must have at least 50% aggregate marks in all the years/ semester exams conducted so far.

Applying for the Exam

  • Candidates to fill CULEE application form should follow the steps given below:

    • Visit the official website of the university – christuniversity.in and click on the application form link.

    • Candidates need to register by filling their name and email id. They will also have to set a password at the time of registration.

    • Candidates after completing the registration can fill the application form.

    • Candidates need to fill personal and academic details in the next step.

    • Also they will have to scan and upload a recent passport photograph on the application form. Please note that the size of a photograph should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm and the candidate must be wearing a formal dress with a white background.

    • Once the photograph is uploaded, the applicants may submit the form.

    • To complete the application process, candidates also need to pay a mandatory application fee.

    • After completion of payment of fees, a nine-digit application number will be generated.

CULEE Admit Card

  • The university will release admit card, few days before examination for all the candidates who will successfully submit their application form.

  • Candidates to download admit cards, will have to log in by entering the credentials generated at the time of registration.

  • The admit card will include details such as name, roll number, examination center, etc.

  • It is mandatory for every candidate to carry the admit card at the examination center.

Application Fee

  • The application fee for CULEE 2023 exam is Rs. 1000 for candidates of all categories. Candidates can make payments using online methods like a credit card/ debit card or net banking at the time of filling the application form.
